The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services of the Prestige travel d.o.o.. By booking trip, transfer, rent or some other service, you confirm understanding and agreement with this Terms and Conditions.
Booking
Our one day trips, transfers or rental services can be booked online (www.prestige-travel.hr) or by e-mail (info@prestige-travel.hr). After submitting your request, the Prestige travel d.o.o. is obligated to answer on your request with information about the availability and other details of requested service. When you confirm chosen service, the Prestige travel d.o.o. will send you email with all the details about your booking and will send you link on with you can pay to us. Items included in the price are only those specified in the itinerary – ‘What is insluded in price’. All prices are in Euros.
Change of reservation
Reservation changing must be made via e-mail (info@prestige-travel.hr) or phone at +385 91 5945 108, 24 hours before the departures.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel the tour, you should send us your cancellation via e-mail (info@prestige-travel.hr). When you cancel within 24 hours of the tour departure, no refund will be given. Prestige travel Service has also right to cancel the tour due to terrible weather conditions, but passengers will be informed in an appropriate time and money will be refunded or the trip will be rescheduled.
Tour departures/returns
One day tours start from Zagreb. We kindly request our passengers to come 15 minutes before the departure time on the meeting point. Passengers are responsible for their pick up and must be on time on the visible pre agreed pick up place. If passengers don’t show up on the meeting point, without reasonable and proved reason, the money will not be refunded. Please note that the return times are variable, everything depends on the traffic, weather conditions and the unpredictable situations.
Liability
Prestige travel d.o.o. reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or timetables should the necessity arise, including irregularities due to adverse weather or road conditions. No responsibility is taken for expenses due to damages, negligence, weather, war or other unforeseeable causes. The estimated duration of tours as indicated on our website are standard times and can vary according to road or weather conditions. Punctuality is a key objective in Prestige travel operation. However, delays may occur for unforeseen reasons. The company cannot be made responsible for losses that a passenger may face due to delay, regardless whether the loss is direct or indirect. We reserve the right to alter or change the itinerary according to weather and road conditions.
Customer conduct
Agency is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal things or luggage during the tours.
